Once you have decided that Holy Rosary School is the right school for your daughter and your family, we invite you to fill in the application form and submit it to us. The application process is listed below:

You may also physically hand in the application form to us at our school reception - 113 Horwood Street, Edenvale.
A registration fee of R250 is payable when you submit your application form. This can be paid at the school or by electronic payment. If you are using the online application option, you must include proof of payment in order for your application to be processed.

Upon receipt of your application form, we will contact you to set up an appointment for an assessment. You will be informed thereafter of the process going forward.
The submission of an application form and the completion of the entrance assessment thereof, does not mean that your daughter is automatically accepted.
We do advise you to submit your application forms well in advance, as the date of application will determine your position on our lists and, in some cases, on our waiting list. We do give preference to students with siblings at our school and at our brother school - St Benedict’s College.

FEES 2021 FEES 2022
Please take note of the following:
A R250.00 non-refundable application fee is paid together with the submission of the application form.
Thereafter, upon acceptance, a non-refundable Capital Development Fee of R9 000.00 is to be paid to the school.
School fees are payable, monthly in advance, from January to November (11 months) by the seventh day of each month. Should you wish to take advantage of paying the annual fee upfront (there are two options available that offer discounts for early payment), please see details on the fee form.
The only other compulsory cost is an Annual General Levy (please see the fee form for grade-specific levy amounts). This is to be paid by the 28th of February each year. This levy includes textbooks and other sundry items required during the year.
*Please note that we require one full term’s notice, in writing, if a pupil is going to leave the school.
